On New Year's Eve 2005, Fumiko Irie, the director of The Miracle of The Gifted Quarter, decided to "create a movie which sends more gratitude to the universe."
With no previous experience in movie-making, no money, and no connection, she started from nothing, save a home video camera. As she gained the support of more and more people in this extraordinary project, the movie was finally completed. It made its first debut on February 11, 2007 to a combined audience of 1,000 people.
In 10 months attendance grew to more than 10,000 people, at 100 places as an independent movie. They have now made English subtitle for this movie, so that they may expand it throughout the world to a broader audience.
Please come with your friends; and after watching it, you will feel something warm. We wish from many people in the world to see this movie and to feel "you are OK as you are!" and pay forward our gratitude. Don't miss it!
About the movie:
This is a documentary film of Katsuko-a teacher for children with impairments, in the Ishikawa prefecture. Her speech about her schoolchildren, referring to the preciousness of life, something great that brings us alive, moves many people's hearts all over Japan. This movie conveys that "each person is unique and precious; and that we are all right as we are."

Please reserve a seat since the room is limited to 50 people. (First come First serve)
